Google’s cloud computing division, Google Cloud, has added a brand new generative AI Toolbox for Databases to assist enterprise builders join agent-based generative AI purposes to its databases.
The brand new Toolbox, which is at present in public beta, is an open-source server designed to streamline the creation, deployment, and administration of AI agents able to querying databases.
At launch, Toolbox will assist connectivity to self-managed PostgreSQL, and MySQL, in addition to managed databases together with AlloyDB, Spanner, and Cloud SQL for Postgres, Cloud SQL for MySQL, and Cloud SQL for SQL Server.
